Our systems feature a sturdy frame designed to accommodate large 920kg chlorine drums, as well as a scale for weighing smaller 70kg capacity cylinders.
Included in our solutions is the EMC ModWeigh Transmitter and Indicator, enabling real-time monitoring of net drum contents. This versatile system can be installed as a scale-mounted unit or integrated into a separate remote panel. The ModWeigh System provides local indication and seamless transmission to a PLC or Scada system via the 4-20mA analogue output.

CDW920 Chlorine Drum Weigh Frame
EMC CDW920 Chlorine Drum Weigh Frames, for 920kg capacity drums, incorporate two rugged Scaime shear beam loadcells to provide accurate weighing and the ability to withstand the severe shock and side loading associated with the use of these large containers. The loadcells are steel construction and OIML approved.
The frame is a rugged galvanised steel construction and also features built in roller trunnions to safely cradle the chlorine container and allow the operator to rotate the tank to position the valves for proper feeding.
CBW70 Chlorine Bottle Weigh Scale
EMC CBW70 Chlorine Bottle Weigh Scale, for 70kg capacity cylinders, incorporate a Scaime single point loadcell to provide accurate weighing of 70kg chlorine bottles. Construction is a steel scale base (other options available) with a galvanised steel holding frame and restraining safety chain.
The loadcell is aluminium and OIML approved.
